Harmony Lodge #9 F.&A.M.

Brothers, Ladies and Friends of the Lodge,

I would like to start this month’s message by congratulating Harmony’s newest class of Masons. Six new brothers entered the craft at our recent entered apprentice degree, and I hope the lessons of that morning’s work were sufficiently impressed upon you all. I look forward to watching you grow in the craft.

I would also like to remind everyone of upcoming important dates. Our February meeting will take place on the 7th, and is our official visitation from our District Deputy. RW Alsabe has been no stranger to Harmony this year, but it is sure to be a great evening to officially receive him into the lodge. The entertainment for the evening will be a presentation of the working tools of an Entered Apprentice, as well as several other discussions of that degree work. Just a reminder, dinner will be at 6pm, and we will open at 7pm.

The annual game dinner is right around the corner, with th e3rd through 5th of March dedicated to the dinner, and all necessary prep work for it. Be sure to assist the Fellowcraft club as much as you can in the work for this event, it is one of the great Lodge events of the year.

Also, do not forget to get your reservations to Wor. Torgan for Brother Rapson’s testimonial dinner. Brother Rapson’s selfless service to Harmony as its treasurer for 35 years is an impressive feat, and the dedication he showed in that time is worthy of emulation.

In closing, continue to do all the great work you all do Brethren. The Lodge always provides ways for you to work and serve, and I hope you all get involved in that work this year. But it is also truly humbling to hear about all the other work you all do on a daily basis in the service of the Lodge, the Craft, and humanity in general.

Fraternally
