Master’s Message – November 2015

Brethren,
Where did the year go? I cannot believe this is my last

message. I find myself struggling for words to describe my gratitude for the honor of having served as Worshipful Master of Harmony Lodge #9. The past year has been full of difficulties for me personally and Harmony Lodge was a real highlight in the midst of personal and emotional difficulties. Thank You from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity and the support you gave me this past year.

October’s meeting was a very special night with several presentations. We welcomed Big Brothers and Big Sisters for a presentation of the proceeds from our Golf tournament with a check totaling nearly $4000.00 Dollars.

We were then treated to a presentation by Right Worshipful Robert Palazzo, our District Deputy Grand Master, who awarded the coveted Daniel Carter Beard Scouter Award to Worshipful Donald and Brother Adam Aquilante, both of whom have dedicated many years to the Boy Scouts and we congratulate and thank them for their service to our youth.

We Invited our Most Worshipful Grand Master to join us for our November Meeting and I must say I’m very pleased that he will be able to join us. Brothers, we will feature a Prime Rib dinner that night. Prime Rib requires a reservation, there will be baked Chicken available for those who fail to make a Reservation.

I sincerely hope we will have a large turnout to greet the Grand Master and enjoy a Prime Rib Dinner.
