This year came with plenty of challenges as well as accomplishments. Being able to work towards a sense of normal ,which compares to the pre Covid era, gave us the opportunity to bring back a few of our favorite events from the Cape getaway to the charity golf tournament, as well as being able to travel and visit our fellow Lodges in full capacity.

One of the greatest joys of being a Master is being able to see the Class progress and become full fledge members of the Lodge. I can’t thank brother Michael Meier enough for his tireless work with the Class, getting them ready for their proficiencies, and introducing them to the opportunities. I have no question the Lodge is a better place with our new members.

That being said the Lodge has a foundation built by the members that have been around for many years and have made it what it is today. It takes a team to run the Lodge; from the advice of the past masters and past grand masters to the officers. This year more especially I owe a debt of gratitude to a mentor and friend, James Rapson , who has been supporting the Lodge for more than 36 years as the Treasurer and the voice of reason when we think we can do anything and everything. I cannot think of a person that is more deserving of a reprieve and our thanks.

It has been an absolute pleasure to serve as Master of Harmony Lodge, and I can’t thank the members enough for the opportunity.
